Glow Walk

Glow Walk purchase terms

Original admission-only terms. These remain the terms for bookings that accepted this version. For new reservations, read the current terms with optional ticket protection.

Effective October 20, 2026 · Christmas Light Productions (CLP)

Before you book

Admission only: optional ticket protection is unavailable for this purchase. Weather postponements use the published backup date. An inability to attend the activated backup, or weather cancellation of both dates, provides following-year credit under the limits below rather than an organizer-policy cash refund. Independent legal and payment-provider rights remain.

Your event and arrival

These terms apply to Glow Walk at Lincoln Park Lights in Galesburg, Illinois, on December 1, 2026 (weather backup December 8), and Glow Walk at FairGlow in Mendon, Illinois, on December 7, 2026 (weather backup December 14). Your confirmation identifies your event and arrival time.

Hours are 5–9 p.m. Central, with last arrivals at 8 p.m. Choose a half-hour arrival time for your entire group. Every guest, including free ages 0–3, counts toward the 300-person capacity at each event. The backup date is used only when CLP announces a change.

Prices, guests and glow bags

Adult/teen ages 13+: $29 admission plus a $2 mandatory service fee, totaling $31. Children ages 4–12: $14 admission plus a $2 mandatory service fee, totaling $16. Ages 0–3 are free. Customer tax is $0 at these two events. No additional card-processing fee is added.

Up to 20 guests may share one booking, including free toddlers, with at least one paid admission. The purchaser must be at least 18. An adult aged 18 or older must accompany and supervise every guest under 18 throughout the visit. The 13+ category is a price category; it does not establish adult supervision.

Each paid admission includes one complimentary bag with an assortment of glow items. Specific items are not promised. Free ages 0–3 do not include a bag. Bag pickup is recorded separately from check-in. Bags have no separately assigned sale value or refund deduction.

Optional protection is unavailable

This purchase does not include optional ticket protection, and no protection charge will be collected. A future offer would have its own stated eligibility, deadline and coverage start. No future availability or later purchase is promised by this booking.

Ordinary work or social schedule changes, a change of mind, forgetting the event, a known date conflict, illness or other personal inability to attend do not create a cash-refund entitlement under this admission-only organizer policy. Contact CLP about your circumstances; independently applicable rights and payment errors are handled separately.

If weather changes the event

CLP decides and announces whether unsafe weather requires postponement or cancellation. Ordinary cold, rain, a forecast or a preference not to attend does not by itself create a refund or credit while the event operates.

If the primary event moves to its published backup date, your admission remains valid for that backup. If you cannot attend the activated backup, contact us for a following-year credit under the next section. If weather cancels both published dates, your unused admission rolls over under those same terms. These admissions have no organizer-policy cash-refund option for those weather situations.

If weather closes the event after it opens and prevents you from completing the walk, contact us so CLP can review the unused portion and appropriate handling. Check-in or bag pickup alone is not proof of completing the walk. A completed walk does not qualify merely because the event later closes.

We will publish event changes on your event page and use the booking email for direct updates. Check your event page and spam folder before traveling.

Following-year credit: important limits

A qualifying affected 2026 admission preserves the corresponding paid admission quantity and category, including its normal mandatory fee, for the corresponding CLP Glow Walk in 2027. This is a 2027 credit, not an indefinite credit or a promise that a future event, date or venue will exist.

CLP will offer credit holders a reservation opportunity before equivalent next-year places go on public sale. Arrange your reservation when CLP announces those booking arrangements. Capacity still applies. If CLP cannot accommodate the promised corresponding admission, contact us for review; we will not silently expire that unresolved obligation.

Under this organizer policy, if you cannot attend the corresponding 2027 event, or CLP does not hold that event in 2027, the unprotected credit loses its value. There is no automatic organizer-policy cash refund or another year's rollover in those circumstances. This limitation cannot remove independently applicable legal or payment-provider rights. Contact us to review any disputed outcome.

A refunded admission or credit cannot also remain usable. CLP records the affected quantities and keeps unaffected admissions separate. A rollover does not create an additional entitlement to a second bag for an admission whose bag was already collected.

Nonweather cancellation and payment errors

If CLP cancels for a nonweather venue or operational reason, eligible unused admissions are refundable whether or not protection was available. CLP returns the eligible admission and mandatory service fee actually paid, plus any attributable tax actually collected. At the current zero-tax admission-only prices this is $31 per adult/teen and $16 per child. Free toddler admissions have no cash value.

Duplicate or mistaken charges are reviewed separately. CLP does not retain a duplicated charge because optional protection was unavailable. No invented bag-value or refund-processing deduction is applied. No tax is refunded if none was collected.

Requests and refund timing

Email your event team with the registration reference, booking email, affected guest quantities, a short explanation and your requested outcome. For Lincoln Park Lights use glowwalk@lincolnlights.christmas; for FairGlow use glowwalk@fairglow.christmas. If you cannot reach the event team, use info@glowwalk.christmas. Do not email card details, passwords or sensitive medical records.

Start a request within 60 calendar days after the affected attendance date, using the activated backup date where applicable. Earlier notice is welcome, and supporting information may follow a timely request. CLP allows reasonable extensions for hospitalization, bereavement, incapacity, late cancellation notice or a failure of the request system. No deadline eliminates an independently applicable statutory or payment-dispute right.

CLP aims to acknowledge or initially respond within five business days. Refund approval, submission, payment-processor completion and appearance on a card statement are separate stages. Refunds normally return through the original payment method. A refund funded from CLP's bank may wait for bank clearance before PayPal completes it, and the card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We will report the saved status; an approved or pending refund is not a promise of an instant statement credit.

Privacy and help

CLP uses your booking contact details to administer your registration, arrival, payment, confirmation and event updates. Authorized event staff can access booking records for both initial events. PayPal processes payment details; card fields are supplied by PayPal. CLP does not ask you to send card details by email. Gmail delivers registration messages from the event team.

Keep your confirmation and reference. You do not need a customer account to book or check in. Contact the event team to correct booking details or discuss a request. These organizer terms do not remove rights independently provided by applicable law or your payment provider.
